accredited all five of the Aerospace concentrations!

Flight Labs
Students should download and print
the entire Lab Request Packet for each semester they are applying for.
The first two pages of each packet should be signed and then submitted
to the flight school secretary within the appropriate application
periods listed below. Late forms will not be accepted or considered.
Wendy S. Beckman joined the MTSU
faculty in the fall of 2005. Prior to that, she was a faculty
member at Saint Louis University for 13 years, where she was an
Associate Professor and Assistant Chief Flight Instructor. Dr.
Beckman received her B.S. from NC State University (1989), her
M.S. from the University of MO (1992), and her Doctor of
Education from Saint Louis University (1998).
Dr. Beckman holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate for
multi-engine land airplanes, a Commercial certificate for
single-engine airplanes, and Multi-engine and Instrument Flight
Instructor certificates. She has published several articles on
the use of personal computer training devices for flight
training, and is currently involved in research involving the
best methods of pilot training in technically advanced aircraft.
Dr. Beckman teaches a variety of flight-related courses.
